The Challenge

Despite a standout product and clear point of difference, PoolSmart's brand didn't reflect who they were. They felt it was generic, outdated, and didn't speak to the customers they wanted to attract. They wanted a brand that matched their quality and helped them stand out in a growing market.

The Strategy

To solve PoolSmart's brand challenge, we didn't just redesign we redefined. We focused on clarity and positioning, defining their core values and reshaping how they showed up to the market. We developed a flexible, modern identity that felt premium yet approachable With every choice made to reinforce their story: handcrafted in New Zealand, built with purpose, and designed to elevate the way people experience outdoor living.

The Solution

We designed a new logo and brand identity led by the insights found in brand strategy, a leader in above-ground pools, bold, transparent, and quality-led. Steering away from overused "pool blue" and toward a refined palette, we embraced a clean and minimalistic design language, including custom, handcrafted details. Reflecting their straightforward approach and genuine commitment to quality craftsmanship and local production.   These design choices create a distinctive and authentic visual personality, setting PoolSmart apart from mass-produced competitors.
