As someone who has experienced the struggle of understanding ADHD in women, and the lack of knowledge of those around me, including medical and educational professionals, I wanted to create a solution that helps combat this lack of information, support, and isolation that many women with ADHD feel. Zest is my solution to combating misinformation around ADHD in women, providing a space dedicated to informing, connecting, and raising awareness about ADHD in and for women.

Women are increasingly reporting how challenging it can be to find reliable resources specific to their needs and how frustrating it can be to spend hours searching for different resources. Women who have ADHD tend to suffer from distractibility and disorganisation. The Zest Hub is designed with these challenges in mind, ensuring that it is easy to use and access, particularly for those with limited focus. The Zest brand is designed to evoke a comforting, authoritative and easy-to-navigate space for women to use for the help they need.
